![]() Known for its mild flavor and tender texture, Swai fish is a delightful ingredient that can be cooked in a myriad of ways. Ever since, I’ve been looking for different recipes to prepare it at home. One of the things on the menu was Swai Fish Tacos and I have to say it was one of the most interesting and flavourful dishes I’ve ever tried. Each time you open the lid, you add additional cooking time to your meal.About two months ago, one of my closest friends hosted a dinner party. Always remember to grill with your lid down.This will indicate that the fish is done being grilled. Be patient and allow your fish to naturally release itself from the cooking grate on each side. When it comes time to flip your piece of fish, do not force your piece of fish off the grill.This will heighten the chance of it breaking apart while being grilled. Only flip your piece of fish once while grilling.However, always be sure to consult the instructions on your recipe. Therefore, if your fish is an inch in thickness, grill each side for about three to four minutes. Be sure to stick with the general rule of thumb that allows for 8-10 minutes of grill time per inch of fish.Then, using oil, generously coat both sides and add the seasoning of your choice to your fish before you place it on your cooking grates. ![]()
